- Donation information: donation amounts, recipient organizations, payment method (processed by our payment partner — we do not store full card numbers), and donation history.

- Device and usage information: device model, operating system, IP address, app version, crash logs, and anonymized analytics about how you use the App.
- Public content: any content you choose to make public within the App (e.g., comments, public donations).

- Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Processing Roles
When a nonprofit organization lists on GoodTok and receives donations, FundGen AI Ltd acts as a data processor for donor information shared with the nonprofit on their behalf. The nonprofit is the data controller for decisions about how donor data is used for their own purposes.
FundGen AI Ltd also acts as an independent data controller for the purpose of improving and operating its platform — including analytics, service optimization, cross-platform insights, and fraud prevention. This processing may involve identifiable personal data where necessary to deliver and improve the Service. We do not share identifiable donor data between organizations. Each party acts as a separate and independent controller for its respective processing purposes and not as joint controllers.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and donation records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
6. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards (encrypted transport, access controls, hashed credentials) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights

8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
